I currently resides in the Bronx, New York. I am a current graduate of Adelphi University with a BFA in painting and a minor in art history, museum, and gallery practices.

My past experiences have been neatly woven together to form the fabric of what I produce as an artist. As one gazes upon my work, you may feel a sense of nostalgia because your mind begins to replay a clip from your childhood where you are helping your mother cook Sunday dinner, and the scent of freshly chopped onions begins to make your nose twitch. Often as we get older, we forget such mandate moments that bring us pure bliss because the moments that have caused us the most trauma have taken center stage and more than likely shaped how we show up in this world as well as view it. My body of work, whether a painting, a sculpture, or a painting, aims to reclaim one’s innocence. Reclaim memories that have long been dormant, but it is ready to take flight. “Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.” — Edgar Degas When engaging with a work of mine, I want you to envision yourself as a child not burdened down by this world but optimistic about what this life can offer.
